Fatma Dansoko
Fatma Dansoko brings nearly 24 years of professional experience. She began her career in journalism before moving into human resources, a field she has worked in ever since within major international organizations. She is a certified coach through Beautiful Soul, a leading coaching institute in West Africa whose programs are accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). She built her HR career at SABODALA GOLD OPERATIONS (mining), Philip Morris West Africa (14 countries), Helios Towers (Country Director), and Camusat (Regional ESG & CSR Director, 6 countries). She currently serves as Chief Human Capital Officer at SEDIMA, a national company of 700 employees. She founded F+ Excellium to put this multi-sector, multi-country experience — spanning communications, HR, ESG and on-the-ground general management — in service of executives seeking clarity, presence and sustainable performance.
